How do I enroll my child?

Download the corresponding enrollment forms from this site or stop by the Campus KidCare room at your child's school between the hours of 2pm-6pm and ask for an enrollment packet. Complete the forms, have the Medical Authorization Form notarized, attach a check for $25.00 per child for the registration fee and drop the completed and notarized forms back off to the KidCare site Director in the KidCare room. *All required forms and first week tuition is due in advance prior to your child's first day of attendance.
